Please be aware we are implementing the following late cancellation or no-show policy:
-We reserve the right to remove accounts from our client list for failure to pay fees.

Please be aware we are implementing the following late cancellation or no-show policy:
- Medical and vaccine appointments that are not canceled within 1 hour of the appointment time will be charged a $20 fee per pet.
- Surgery and dental appointments that are not canceled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment will be charged a $50 fee per pet.
-We reserve the right to remove accounts from our client list for failure to pay fees.
