Please be aware as of June 1, 2024 we are implementing the following late cancellation or no-show policy:
-We reserve the right to remove accounts from our client list for failure to pay fees.

Please be aware as of June 1, 2024 we are implementing the following late cancellation or no-show policy:
- Medical and vaccine appointments that are not canceled within 1 hour of the appointment time will be charged a $20 fee per pet.
- Surgery and dental appointments that are not canceled at least 12 hours prior to the appointment will be charged a $50 fee per pet.
-We reserve the right to remove accounts from our client list for failure to pay fees.
